MEDIA - A Clifton Heights couple want to pursue the Wilson's Secret Sauce restaurant of Upper Darby in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas after the husband was injured on the premises, according to a March 24 lawsuit.

Plaintiff Brian MacQueen visited the restaurant, owned by Secret Sauce LLC and Steven and Kelly Wilson, on December 7, 2019. While there, the plaintiff says he leaned against a railing that he did not know was broken or defective.

MacQueen fell through the railing when it collapsed to the floor below; he sustained serious and permanent injuries to his elbow, knee, wrist and back, the suit claims.

The defendants are sued for negligence and loss of consortium with the plaintiffs requesting at least $50,000 in damages for each charge.

The plaintiffs are represented by John E. Kusturiss Jr. of Media.
