Troutman Pepper Partner Justin Brown has received a JD Supra 2021 Readers’ Choice Award in the “Wealth Management” category. The award program, now in its sixth year, recognizes “thought leaders for achieving the highest visibility and engagement among readers for their particular expertise.” Brown ranks 4th out of 1,150 attorneys and professionals writing about estate planning and wealth management issues during 2020.
Brown, a trusted advisor to his clients, develops creative strategies for wealth transfer, asset protection, and business succession. He also counsels fiduciaries on their duties and obligations in connection with the administration of estates and trusts. He is a co-host of “The Digital Planning Podcast,” an internationally known podcast on digital estate planning, which educates individuals about all things digital in estate planning, business planning, and estate administration. Brown serves as an adjunct professor at Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, where he teaches classes on estate planning, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
