Wheelhouse Bar and Grill caught in lawsuit after waiter allegedly falls on diner

PITTSBURGH - A Pittsburgh restaurant faces a personal injury claim after one of its wait staff allegedly fell on a patron, according to a complaint filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas on May 4.

The complaint was filed by plaintiff Sharon Baskin, who visited the Wheelhouse Bar and Grill located at 777 Casino Dr. in Pittsburgh on October 10, 2020. Baskin says she was sitting in a chair at her table in the restaurant when a server suddenly fell on her, causing severe injury, including a cervical disc herniation.

Wheelhouse is owned by defendant Holdings Acquisition Co., LP. 

The defendant is charged with negligence totaling at least $35,000 in claims.

The plaintiff is represented by Swartz Culleton PC.
