Troutman Pepper Partners Heather Morehouse Ettinger and Raymond Miller have been named to the Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) Strategy 300, a list of the world’s leading intellectual property strategists. Both partners are recognized for their expertise in health sciences intellectual property. Those recognized in the IAM Strategy 300 are selected based off peer nominations and in-depth independent research.

Ettinger, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Health Sciences Intellectual Property Practice Group and a registered patent attorney, employs a strategic and focused approach to help innovative life science clients execute transactions and protect their IP assets. Clients trust her counsel on tough patent strategic issues and rely on her deep scientific knowledge and background. Ettinger also has a Ph.D. in biological and biomedical sciences from Harvard University.

Miller is head of Troutman Pepper’s Health Sciences IP Practice Group. He helps clients to identify, protect, secure, and optimize the value of their intellectual property in a wide range of technical areas. Miller is known as practical, thoughtful and aggressive in the pursuit of his clients interest, and often combines different forms of intellectual property and exclusivity to protect his client’s innovation. Miller has a graduate degree in Organic Chemistry from Princeton University. This is the second consecutive year Miller has been named to the IAM Strategy 300.
