Troutman Pepper’s Solomon Hunter Jr. Named a 2021 BTI M&A Client Service All-Star

Award

Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP issued the following announcement on Sept. 9.

Troutman Pepper Partner Solomon Hunter Jr. has been recognized as a 2021 BTI M&A Client Service All-Star by BTI Consulting Group. Honorees were identified by clients as those “delivering the absolute best in client service.” This is the second time in the past three years that Hunter has received this recognition.

All-Stars are determined based on more than 350 in-depth interviews with top legal decision makers at large organizations with $700 million or more in revenue. Winners are defined by several attributes including their nimbleness, pragmatism, anticipation of client needs, ability to see both detail and big picture, regular communication, confidence, and determination.

“It is an honor to be recognized as an M&A Client Service All-Star, a distinction made more meaningful in that it is based on tangible client feedback,” Hunter said. “At Troutman Pepper, we strive to deliver the best possible service to our clients by being informed, involved, and invested in their businesses.”

Hunter is a member of the firm’s Health Sciences and Corporate Practice Groups, and his practice focuses on counseling clients with respect to an array of strategic business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, start-up and venture capital financings, corporate carve-outs, financing transactions, and restructurings and reorganizations. He is a member of the firm’s Management Team and Policy Committee and in recent years has received several industry recognitions, including M&A Atlas Awards and designation as an Acritas Star.

Now in its 20th year of publication, The BTI M&A Client Service All-Stars report identifies attorneys delivering the absolute best levels of client service. This year, 207 attorneys were honored representing 89 firms.
