Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP issued the following announcement on Oct. 5.

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Keir Bradford-Grey has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Community Legal Services of Philadelphia (“CLS”).

Founded in 1966 by the Philadelphia Bar Association, CLS aims to fight poverty, challenge systems that perpetuate injustice, and change lives through cutting-edge advocacy and exceptional legal representation. CLS attorneys and other staff provide a full range of legal services, from individual representation to administrative advocacy to class action litigation, as well as community education and social work.

Bradford-Grey is a partner in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department, leads the firm’s Executive Leadership practice group, and concentrates her practice on white collar and government investigations and criminal defense. She has expertise in performing employee relations risk assessment and mitigation, addressing managerial and leadership deficiencies, and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure representation in critical areas of business decision-making. Utilizing the depth of experience she earned as an agency head, Keir works with executive leadership, HR teams, and in-house counsel to create legal strategies tailored to align with the vision for their companies. She helps clients develop proactive and constructive approaches that allow companies to improve employee relations and avoid costly litigation.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, she was the Chief Defender of the Defender Association of Philadelphia. In her role, she not only led communities to be in strategic partnership with the justice system stakeholders, but she also bridged gaps between city and state elected officials to advance reforms in policing and spearheaded constructive alternatives for our system.

Bradford-Grey received her J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University Petit School of Law and earned her B.S. degree from Albany State University.
