She appears before federal and state courts and administrative agencies in connection with a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination and harassment claims based on gender, sexual orientation, race, age, national origin, and disability, as well as retaliation and whistleblower, breach of contract, trade secret, and restrictive covenant matters. Janice regularly counsels clients on employment discipline, layoffs, terminations, personnel policies, procedures, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
