Along with Jana Baker, Janice will lead Ogletree Deakins’ Healthcare Industry Group, which handles a full range of matters for healthcare industry employers, including employment law litigation and counseling, all aspects of traditional labor law, disability access matters, data protection and privacy issues, employee benefits, workplace safety concerns, and immigration issues.
The group’s attorneys represent more than 1,000 healthcare clients, including nonprofit and for-profit hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation facilities, long-term care facilities, and physician organizations throughout the United States and internationally. Janice concentrates her practice on defending companies in employment litigation, developing employment policies, and counseling clients in the healthcare industry and beyond on how to avoid litigation.
