Our Doylestown-based attorney Stephanie Stecklair will be presenting at this year’s PBA Family Law Section Winter Meeting, which will be held at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel on January 14-16, 2022. Stephanie’s panel is titled “Pathways to Success in Family Law for Young Lawyers.” The program is geared specifically towards law students and young lawyers or those new to the profession (1 to 5 years of experience). Topic areas will include:

• Meeting the unique challenges of early career family law

  practice

• Seeking mentors in family law
• How to learn substance and skills on the job
• Client management skills
• Best practices for billing
• Balancing workloads for multiple partners
• Ethical concerns
• Working with support staff
• Early business development skills 

Stephanie is a family law attorney in Obermayer’s office in Doylestown, PA. She concentrates her practice in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, equitable distribution, adoption, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and domestic violence. In addition to practicing in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Chester, and Delaware Counties, Stephanie has served as a Guardian ad Litem in Philadelphia County.
