Dilworth Paxson LLP issued the following announcement on Feb. 3.

Dilworth Paxson LLP is pleased to announce that it has promoted Timothy Ford, Christopher Nana-Sinkam and  Benjamin Teris to firm partnership.

“Tim, Chris and Ben have earned the respect of all of their partners who elected them unanimously to partnership last evening,” said Dilworth Chairman Lawrence McMichael. “They are all exceptionally well qualified, hardworking and dedicated lawyers whom we are now proud to call partners. The future of Dilworth is in good hands.”

Timothy Ford represents clients in complex litigation, investigations, and appeals, with an emphasis on the public sector, including political and election law and ethics investigations. He assists clients in all phases of high-stakes, sensitive litigation and investigations, from pre-litigation advice, pleadings, motions practice, and discovery, through trial and appeal. He has advocated for his clients from appearing in discovery court to oral argument on a question of first impression before the Pennsylvania Superior Court to successfully briefing the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and federal appellate court.

Ford is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2014), where he was executive editor of the Michigan Law Review, and Stanford University (B.A., 2010).

Christopher Nana-Sinkam concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and labor and employment, representing a broad array of clients including corporate, financial services, healthcare providers, business executives, and non-profits. Nana-Sinkam also represents clients in various property tax appeal matters. His work encompasses all aspects of litigation, from commencement through discovery and ultimately to trial. Nana-Sinkam also frequently assists with and participates in settlement opportunities where litigation is not in-line with a client’s particular objectives.

Nana-Sinkam is a graduate of Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law (J.D., 2014) and Swarthmore College (B.A., 2014).

Benjamin Teris concentrates his practice on labor and employment law and civil litigation. While Ben is able to counsel clients nationwide on a wide range of federal, state, and local laws, he is known as a trusted advisor to New Jersey employers who seek guidance in labor and employment matters or face litigation with current or former employees.

Teris is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law (J.D., 2011), where he was an articles editor for Rutgers Law Journal, and Rutgers University (B.A., 2007).
