Montgomery McCracken has elected three new partners to the firm’s Management Committee. The Management Committee and its members are responsible for policy oversight and setting the direction of the firm.
“We heartily welcome our new Management Committee members and are excited about the leadership they will provide to the firm,” said Louis A. Petroni, Montgomery McCracken’s recently re-elected Chair.
New members of the firm’s Management Committee include – Ashley R. Lynam, Chair of the firm’s Sexual Misconduct Liability Practice Group and Institutional Response Practice Group, and Co-Chair of the Higher Education Practice Group and Digital Crisis Management Practice Group, Edward L. Schnitzer, Chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Department, and Renee Nunley Smith, Co-Chair of the firm’s Higher Education Practice Group, member of the Labor and Employment Department, and Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee. Lynam, Schnitzer, and Smith join current Management Committee members, William K. Kennedy, Steven Pachman, John G. Papianou, Louis A. Petroni, Alfred W. Zaher, and Paul H. Zoubek.
