Blank Rome Partner Margaret Anne Hill will serve as a panelist for CREW Pittsburgh’s Lunch Panel Discussion, Redevelopment and Repurposing of Western Pennsylvania’s Brownfield and Industrial Sites, on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. The program will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the AC Hotel by Marriott Pittsburgh Downtown.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Western Pennsylvania’s industrial past has left the region full of abandoned sites with environmental issues. We have seen the transformation of these sites through redevelopment projects such as South Side Works, Washington’s Landing, Bakery Square, Three Crossings, and Station Square’s Glasshouse. These dynamic redevelopments transformed not only the property itself but the landscape around them. Program panelists will talk about other planned brownfield redevelopments within the region and the challenges that come with them from site selection through to construction and ongoing operations and maintenance.
