Blank Rome partner Yelena M. Barychev will serve as a speaker at the 2022 Spring Conference of the Middle Atlantic Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance, being held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, May 12, 2022, from 10:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Yelena’s session, “Cybersecurity Governance—The New Normal,” will be the last of the day and take place from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. She will be joined by Brian Halpin, Senior Vice President of Forensics and Technology, Capsicum Group, as co-presenter.
Other conference sessions include “Preparing for the SEC’s New Climate Disclosure Rules” and “Investor Priorities for the 2022 Proxy Season” and the Chapters Annual Meeting will take place over lunch.
