Based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, Boathouse Capital focuses on providing bespoke capital solutions to high-growth and later-stage companies in software (SaaS), tech-enabled services, and health care IT services. Boathouse Capital recently announced the transaction to provide a $15 million growth investment to Sacramento-based Stravos Education, which operates a portfolio of U.S. and U.K. academic preparedness services firms.
