Educational institutions must continue to offer training in order to comply with the U.S. Department of Education’s Title IX Regulations issued in May 2020. This training must be offered to Title IX Coordinators or any personnel responsible for promptly addressing reports of sexual harassment and discrimination. The regulations mandate how elementary, secondary and post-secondary institutions must respond to allegations of sex discrimination in educational programs and activities that receive federal aid.
