Mr. Layne is an experienced insurance defense attorney who has represented clients for more than 20 years in matters involving property damage, consumer law claims and personal damage.
Previously serving as an Associate at a large firm in Philadelphia, Mr. Layne worked in the firm’s Casualty Department where he represented clients in aviation and consumer law matters.
Mr. Layne graduated cum laude from the Widener University School of Law. He received the Harvey Alan Chernoff Memorial Scholarship for Academic Performance in Constitutional Law as well as the Certificate of Achievement in Legal Methods for his outstanding legal research and writing performance. He is also a graduate of Lynchburg College where he received the highest honors in history.
An accomplished writer, Mr. Layne has published numerous professional law articles. He was recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2012-2015.
He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
