Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Dianna G. El Hioum as the firm’s Chief Growth Strategist.  In this newly created role, El Hioum, a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice based in New York, will oversee the firm’s newly formed Strategic Growth Committee.

El Hioum and the Strategic Growth Committee will work with Todd A. Rodriguez, the firm’s recently appointed Firmwide Managing Partner, along with Mark L. Morris, who assumes the role of Chairman at the firm on April 1, and Fox Rothschild’s Executive Committee, to continue the firm’s expansion through strategic lateral acquisitions and targeted firm combinations in key markets.

“We have, under the leadership of Mark Silow in his roles as Firmwide Managing Partner and Firm Chairman over the past 12 years, grown from a regional firm of 200 lawyers in seven offices to a national firm of more than 1,000 lawyers in 29 offices,” said Morris. “We consider it a testament, in many respects, to Mark’s talents in this area that we are forming a committee to lead what he did single-handedly.”

“Dianna and her Fox colleagues on this new committee are long-tenured firm partners who have an astute understanding of how our growth objectives align with client and market needs and how our firm culture serves as the foundation of success for laterals who join Fox Rothschild,” continued Morris.

The initial members of the Strategic Growth Committee are firm partners, John J. Haggerty of the Warrington, PA, office; Michael S. Harrington of the Exton, PA, office; Nikki H. Howell of the Kansas City, MO, office; Jay D. Marinstein of the Pittsburgh office; Catherine E. Youngman of the Morristown, NJ, office; and Emily J. Yukich of the Los Angeles, CA, office.

“I am honored to serve in this new firm role,” said El Hioum. “My goal is to ensure that we take the exemplary results in talent procurement achieved by Mark Silow and build upon that, moving the firm forward with continued strategic growth that serves our clients and maintains Fox Rothschild as a go-to firm for legal professionals seeking a home where their entrepreneurial talents are welcomed and valued.”

El Hioum will assume her new role effective April 1, 2023.
