Eric represents employers in complex litigation involving wage and hour, systemic discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, and hostile work environment claims, as well as helping employers obtain injunctive relief in high-profile restrictive covenant and trade secret cases. Eric also leverages his litigation experience to provide clients with practical advice on employment issues tied to business transactions. In recent years, he helped a jewelry store resolve a gender discrimination case and counseled on employment issues arising from two major sports team acquisitions.
Eric has a strong commitment to pro bono work. He has provided pro bono counseling and training on various employment law matters for nonprofit organizations and served as the Maternity Care Coalition’s outside employment counsel for more than nine years.
Eric and other honorees will be celebrated at a ceremony in May and featured in a special edition of the Philadelphia Business Journal.
