Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Julia Swain on her induction as a fellow to the American College of Family Trial Lawyers (ACFTL).

The ACFTL is a highly selective, invitation-only membership that is limited to the 100 top family law trial attorneys in the United States. Fellows have “mastered the art of advocacy” and their “professional careers exemplify the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.” Membership is extended to only the top 1% of family lawyers in each state who have a minimum of 20 years as a practicing family law attorney and be a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML).

A partner in the Family Law Department, Swain has over 25 years of experience representing clients in all phases of family law resolution, litigation, arbitration and mediation. Professionals in a broad range of industries rely on her to represent their interests in highly sensitive family law matters.

Swain negotiates and prepares all forms of family law contracts such as prenuptial agreements, marital/property settlement agreements, post-nuptial agreements and co-habitation agreements and handles cases in the Philadelphia region and throughout Pennsylvania as well as nationally, including in New Jersey, New York, Florida and California.

Swain earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Delaware.
