For the second consecutive year, Troutman Pepper Partner Solomon Hunter, Jr. has been included in City & State Pennsylvania’s 2023 Law Power 100, a list produced annually to recognize legal leaders in Pennsylvania.
The list highlights district attorneys, federal prosecutors, white-collar defense attorneys, public interest lawyers, law school deans, and bar association leaders who are “shaping the direction of the state politically, legally, and otherwise.”
Hunter is an experienced corporate attorney, with broad legal experience in a variety of industries including the food and beverage, health care, and life sciences sectors. He regularly counsels clients with respect to their strategic business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, start-up and venture capital financings, corporate carve-outs, financing transactions, restructurings, and reorganizations. He also advises clients with respect to commercial agreements and corporate governance matters.
Hunter holds a variety of leadership positions at Troutman Pepper, including his membership on the firm’s Management Team and Policy Committee. Before attending law school, he held a variety of business positions with IBM Corporation.
