This program will focus on recent antitrust developments that are impacting corporate boardrooms. Panelists include Ballard Spahr Partners Leslie John, Jason Leckerman, and James Mitchell, as well as General Counsel of Avantor, Justin Miller.

Topics will include:

• The DOJ’s recent targeting of interlocking directorates under Section 8 of the Clayton Act
• Antitrust scrutiny around ESG and sustainability efforts
• The regulating agencies’ approach to mergers and acquisitions, including by private equity buyers
• Antitrust issues related to hiring practices, including the FTC’s proposed rule to ban non-compete agreements

CLE Credit: This program is approved for 1.0 CLE credits in CA, NV, NY, & PA; and 1.2 NJ. Uniform Certificates of Attendance will be provided for the purpose of seeking CLE credit in other jurisdictions.
