Lori Armstrong Halber Inducted Into College of Labor and Employment Lawyers

Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Lori Armstrong Halber on her induction as a 2023 Fellow to The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, which aims to improve the delivery and quality of legal services and serve as a “resource for guidance, knowledge and clarity in the area of labor and employment law.”

Fellows are recognized as “distinguished members of the labor and employment community who promote achievement, advancement and excellence in the practice.” They set standards of “professionalism and civility, by sharing their experience and knowledge and by acting as a resource for academia, the government, the judiciary and the community at large.”

A partner in Fox Rothschild’s Labor & Employment Department, Armstrong Halber is both an employment litigator and traditional labor lawyer who has led industry-shaping cases and defended employers before a range of courts and administrative forums, earning impressive jury trial successes in disability, harassment and retaliation cases. She regularly represents employers before the NLRB, provides strategic guidance in collective bargaining and union elections, and defends clients in grievance arbitrations.* Armstrong Halber also serves as a mediator in the EEOC’s ADR program and as an adjunct professor at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.
