Multiple new employment laws were passed in the 2023 Minnesota legislative session that will have an immediate and ongoing impact on companies with employees in the state.

Our Minnesota-based lawyers will provide critical insights and analysis regarding these changes to help employers protect their interests and ensure compliance by providing a detailed assessment of these new laws as well as strategic and practical tips.

• Restrictions on noncompete provisions in employment agreements
• Added protections for lactating employees and pregnant employees

• Recreational marijuana and drug and alcohol testing in the workplace
