Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Melissa Paszamant to our Philadelphia office as a Partner in the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department.

Paszamant works with business owners, high-net-worth executives, real estate developers, property owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, prominent figures in the entertainment and media industries, corporate fiduciaries and individuals and families with global assets. With more than 20 years of experience, she guides clients through a full spectrum of estate planning, taxation and business succession matters.
A trusted adviser to her clients, Paszamant implements their estate planning with the creation of wills and trusts and designs wealth transfer tax strategies utilizing family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, charitable trusts, gifts and private foundations. In addition, she counsels business owners and entrepreneurs to plan for the purchase or sale of a business in a tax-efficient manner.
Paszamant was recently named to the Board of Directors for the Committee of Seventy, which works to “improve the voting process, combat corruption and engage citizens in the democratic process” throughout Philadelphia.
She earned her J.D. from Villanova University and her B.A. from Brandeis University.
Prior to joining Fox, Paszamant was a partner in the Private Client Services Group at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC.
