Jennifer Brandt, chair of the firm’s Family Law Group, has been elected vice chair of the American Bar Association Family Law Section (FLS) and co-vice chair of the ABA FLS Diversity Committee. Her one-year terms are effective immediately. The ABA FLS is dedicated to serving the field of family law in areas such as adoption, assisted reproductive technologies, custody, divorce, and military law. The Diversity Committee of the FLS strives to promote diversity within its membership and practice. Jennifer will work with the CLE committee, Member Benefit Development Committee, and the Editorial/Publications committees to incorporate diversity issues into the section's programming.
Jennifer has significant experience representing parties in divorce, custody, and support/alimony matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She assists parties with paternity issues, adoptions, and matters concerning assisted reproduction technology. She also negotiates prenuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements and mediates and arbitrates family law cases. Jennifer represents a wide array of clients. In Pennsylvania, she regularly represents clients in Philadelphia, the Main Line, and local counties such as Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Bucks, and Berks, as well as others. In New Jersey, she assists parties throughout the state, including Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Mercer, Atlantic, and Cape May counties as well as others.
