Thomas Wilkinson will present “Promoting Civility in Contentious Public Meetings 2023” to the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Tom will offer best practices to lower temperatures in hotly contentious public meetings and bring back order. He will also identify threats to orderly meetings, strategies for maintaining decorum, and address the application of the Sunshine Act, Right to Know Law, and the First Amendment in public meetings.
