Together with the Allegheny County Bar Foundation (ACBF), Duquesne University Kline School of Law Tribone Center for Clinical Education and LIFE Pittsburgh, the PBA Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section is participating in a virtual pro bono clinic for low-income clients on Friday, September 29, 2023, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Volunteer attorneys will partner with Duquesne Kline Law students to draft simple advance planning documents, focused on health care and financial decision-making, in the event of incapacity or medical disability. Consider joining your colleagues for this event. No experience drafting estate planning documents?
Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered. Training will be provided on the day of the event. Each volunteer attorney will be partnered with a law student to meet with clients and draft documents for them. Volunteers will be participating virtually via Zoom. Template forms will be provided. Duquesne Kline Law School staff and RPPT estate and trust practitioners will be available as a resource to answer questions and assist as needed.
