Bradley is pleased to announce that partner J. Andrew Robison has been elected to a four-year term on the World Services Group (WSG) 2023-2024 Board of Directors.
Mr. Robison will work collaboratively with WSG leadership in assessing the strategic future and progress of the WSG mission and objectives. The WSG Board is made up of 16 distinguished and diverse members representing every region of the world.
WSG is a prominent global network of independent firms comprised of more than 23,000 professionals in over 150 jurisdictions throughout the world. WSG’s Board works to ensure that WSG establishes and maintains the trust of its members, is prudent and ethical in its activities, and is accountable for its actions. An active member of the WSG, Mr. Robison previously served on WSG’s North American Regional Counsel from 2021-2023.
Mr. Robison serves as office managing partner of Bradley’s Birmingham office and is a member of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group, where he advises privately held companies and private equity funds and their operating companies in formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate finance transactions. He also represents publicly traded clients with these issues, as well as in securities offerings, divestitures, proxy contests, and general corporate and securities law issues.
