Barba, John Oliver, Mary J. Walk, Ramseys Moving Systems, LLC, Sheriff Delaware County Pennsylvania and Wilmington Savings Fund Society on April 28: 'Sborder That Plaintiff Shall, On Or Before May 26, 2023, Either: (1) Pay $402 (the $350 Filing Fee And $52 Administrative Fee) To The Clerk Of Court, Or (2) Move To Proceed In Forma Pauperis; The Clerk Of Court Shall Send This Order To Plaintiff Along With A Copy Of The Appropriate Non-prisoner Application To Proceed In Forma Pauperis, Bearing The Civil Action Number Of This Case.
