Cozen O’Connor Named to America’s Most Loved Workplaces Again

Webp award

Trophy | In collaboration with Katelyn Perry

Cozen O’Connor is proud to announce it has again been named to Newsweek’s 2023 list of America’s Most Loved Workplaces. The list recognizes companies that have created a workplace where employees feel respected, inspired, and appreciated and are at the center of the business model. This is the third year in a row Cozen O’Connor has been named to this list and is the only AmLaw 100 law firm to make it to the top 100.

The results were determined after surveying more than 1.4 million employees from businesses with workforces varying in size from 50 to more than 10,000. To identify the top 100 companies for the Newsweek ranking, companies were evaluated and scored as follows: 35% of the initial score was based on employee survey responses; 25% was derived from analysis of external public ratings from sites such as Comparably, Careerbliss, Glassdoor, Indeed, and Google; and 40% came from direct interviews with and written responses from company officials. Newsweek then conducted additional research into every company on the list, as well as the top runners-up, to determine the final list of 100 companies and their ranking.

"I'm proud that Cozen O'Connor is once again named to this prestigious list," says President and Chief Executive Officer Michael J. Heller. "People are a law firm's greatest asset, and getting this honor three years in a row tells me that we are on the right track and that our employees know they are essential to our success."

"We are thrilled to be recognized as one of America's Most Loved Workplaces again," says Chief Human Resources Officer Erin Bushnell, "We cultivate a culture where everyone can feel respected and valued, and it is wonderful to see those efforts translate into positive experiences for our employees."
