Nathan Larkin, an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, has been selected as a Buchholz Fellow of the Committee of Seventy, a nonpartisan civic leadership organization that advances representative, ethical, and effective government across the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Launched in 2017, The Buchholz Fellowship was created to help build a pipeline of emerging leaders under 40 working in the private or nonprofit sector who are interested in improving the governance of the city, state, and region. The fellowship honors the late Carl Buchholz, an attorney and civic servant who served on the Committee of Seventy board of directors and executive committee.

Nathan focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable David R. Strawbridge and a federal judicial clerkship honors intern for the Honorable Timothy J. Savage, both at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. As a law clerk, he drafted judicial opinions and orders ruling on pretrial motions, assisted in mediating settlement discussions, and drafted reports and recommendations on habeas corpus petitions and social security appeals.
