Troutman Pepper Advises AMETEK on $1.9B Acquisition of Paragon Medical

Troutman Pepper client AMETEK, INC., a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices, recently announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Paragon Medical, a provider of engineered medical components and instruments, from affiliates of American Securities LLC in an all-cash transaction valued at about $1.9 billion. Read a company press release about the acquisition.
