Blank Rome LLP proudly announces that our firm received a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2023–2024 Corporate Equality Index (“CEI”), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign (“HRC”) Foundation. With this score, Blank Rome has been recognized in the CEI for the eighth consecutive year and named a 2023–2024 “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion” recipient. The firm joins the ranks of 545 major U.S. businesses that also earned top marks this year.
