Fox Rothschild congratulates Jacqueline Motyl, who was presented with the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce’s Chairman’s Award for her exemplary leadership and service as a member of the executive council in 2023.
Motyl, partner and co-chair of Fox Rothschild’s Nonprofit Organizations practice, is an active member of the Chamber’s Board of Directors and executive committee that has been responsible for spearheading governance and strategic planning initiatives within the Chamber in recent years.
Motyl is a member of Fox Rothschild’s Tax and Wealth Planning Department where she provides legal advice to nonprofits on a broad range of matters, counsels corporate fiduciaries and individual trustees on trust administration issues and assists individuals with their charitable gift planning and estate planning needs.
