Duane Morris LLP represented Radial Power in its acquisition of seven photovoltaic projects in upstate New York from RIC Energy. Radial Power is a leading distributed energy platform assisting owners of large real estate portfolios in developing programs to achieve their sustainability, climate and renewable energy objectives.
Radial Power’s investment in these renewable energy and storage assets is expected to exceed $85 million. Once complete, the projects will likely provide 100 percent clean energy to more than 8,000 homes participating in their respective utilities' community solar programs.
