SeniorLAW Center Names Troutman Pepper Partner Susan Lessack Champion for Justice

Susan Lessack, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s national Labor + Employment practice, has been recognized for her exceptional pro bono services to SeniorLAW Center, a leading advocate for the legal rights of older adults. Lessack will receive the legal nonprofit’s Champion for Justice award at its annual gala in Philadelphia on April 10.

Champion for Justice honorees epitomize the values and mission of SeniorLAW Center, demonstrating exemplary leadership and dedication in advancing justice for older adults. Lessack is specifically recognized for her expertise in guiding the organization through numerous employment law matters over the last decade.

At Troutman Pepper, Lessack focuses her practice on employment counseling and employment litigation. She counsels employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including hiring, discipline, medical leaves and separations; conducting investigations of employee conduct, including harassment; negotiating and drafting employment and separation agreements and developing employment policies.
