Troutman Pepper Advises Leading Global Clinical Trial Supply Company Myonex in Back-to-Back Acquisitions

Troutman Pepper recently advised Myonex in two acquisitions that strengthen the company’s position as a market leader in clinical trial supplies emphasizing flexibility and reliability for clients.

Acquisition of Saveway Compounding Pharmacy 

In a purchase that will expand clinical trial services across the United States for both sponsors and patients, Myonex acquired SaveWay Compounding Pharmacy of Newark, Del. The pharmacy will operate as SaveWay Compounding Pharmacy, a Myonex company.

Acquisition of Creapharm’s Clinical & Commercial Packaging and Bioservices Business 

In March, Myonex announced its plans to acquire Creapharm Group’s Clinical Packaging & Distribution and Commercial Packaging business and bioservices, headquartered in Reims, France with additional locations in Bordeaux and Bailly-Romainvilliers, France, and Marietta, Georgia, USA. Subject to regulatory approvals, the strategic transaction will bring complementary strengths to the marketplace.
