Professional Activity Profile series, we recognize the service of Lee S. Piatt of our Business & Finance Department with the Title 15/Business Associations Committee of the Section on Business Law of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Title 15 Committee).
The Title 15 Committee considers emerging issues in business and finance laws nationally and proposes changes to Pennsylvania’s business and finance laws that are aimed at modernizing the provisions of such laws. The changes proposed by the Title 15 Committee are presented to Pennsylvania legislators for consideration for sponsorship and ultimately introduction to the Pennsylvania legislature for enactment.
Lee has served on the Title 15 Committee for many years and previously served as the Chair of the Business Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
