In the Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County, plaintiff Hassan Basraoui, represented by attorney W. Keith Williams II, has filed a lawsuit against defendant Jess S. Cheek (case ID not provided). The filing was made in response to an alleged motor vehicle accident that occurred on January 15, 2023.

The complaint states that Basraoui was driving northbound on MacDade Blvd. when Cheek made a sudden left turn, causing a collision and resulting in severe personal injuries to Basraoui. According to the document, Cheek's negligence included failing to control his vehicle properly, failing to yield right-of-way, and violating various traffic laws.

Basraoui claims that as a direct result of the collision, he suffered severe injuries including contusion of the anterior chest, C3-C7 disc herniations, L5-S1 disc herniations with annular tear, cervical radiculopathy affecting the right C6 nerve and right S1 joint injury among others.
