Dana M. sues Michael T. Greco for severe physical injuries and emotional distress caused by alleged negligence during an ATV ride

In the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, plaintiff Dana M. DiMatteo has filed a civil action against defendants Michael T. Greco and Rusty W. Ressler. The case, under Docket No. [not provided], was filed on an unspecified date.

Megrey of Woomer & Talarico, DiMatteo alleges that on September 24, 2022, while visiting friends at a property owned by Ressler in Elizabeth, Allegheny County, she sustained severe injuries due to the negligence of both defendants during an ATV ride. Greco, who had allegedly been consuming alcohol prior to the incident, was driving the ATV recklessly up a steep hill with DiMatteo as a passenger when the vehicle crashed.

The plaintiff suffered multiple injuries including a wedge compression fracture of the second lumbar vertebrae, facial pain from bruising, bilateral hand numbness, various lacerations and abrasions all over her body, and emotional distress including nervousness and depression. As a result of these injuries, DiMatteo incurred damages such as being life-flighted to Allegheny General Hospital within the hour of the accident and undergoing extensive physical therapy visits.

DiMatteo is seeking judgment for damages caused by the alleged negligence of both defendants which resulted in her severe physical injuries and emotional distress.
