Jesse Loffler, member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, has been named a 2024 Rising Star by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). This annual list features attorneys whose accomplishments and dedication to the legal profession and their community place them among those “attorneys to watch.” Jesse and the other honorees will be recognized at the MCCA 2024 Creating Pathways to Diversity Conference on September 24, 2024.
Jesse focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including matters relating to real estate litigation, securities law, shareholder litigation, contracts, governmental investigations, insurance, bankruptcy, and employment disputes. He has handled matters at all levels of the state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. Jesse also maintains an extensive pro bono practice serving a diverse range of clients in impact litigation, including matters relating to LGBTQ+ and political asylum, voting rights, women’s access to health care, and transgender rights.
