Thirteen Ballard Spahr attorneys across four offices have been recognized in the 2024 edition of the IAM Patent 1000: The World's Leading Patent Professionals, a guide to the top patent professionals in key jurisdictions around the world.
The 2024 IAM Patent 1000 was compiled from roughly 1,800 interviews with attorneys and in-house counsel across a five-month period. Firms qualify for a listing on the basis of their depth of experience, market presence, and level of work they handle. Individuals qualify for a listing when they receive sufficient positive feedback from peers and clients with knowledge of their practice and the market within which they operate.
Ballard Spahr’s Phoenix office was recognized as a leader overall, with the Philadelphia office being recognized for its litigation and patent prosecution strength, and the Atlanta and New York offices being recognized for patent prosecution.
