Jillian will present alongside Joshua R. Van Naarden of VSCP Law. Jillian and Joshua will share strategies for effectively handling challenging behaviors and personalities. They will also review the professional rules that guide our ideal behavior as lawyers and provide real-life examples of “bad” behavior from opposing counsel.
