Greenberg Traurig’s Alexander L. Scarola to Speak at Bond Buyer Infrastructure Conference

Alexander L. Scarola, a shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Public Finance & Infrastructure Practice, will speak at the Bond Buyer Infrastructure Conference taking place Sept. 17-18 in Philadelphia. The conference will gather municipal finance leaders to convene for strategic conversations aimed at driving the industry forward.

Scarola will speak on a panel titled “Water: Lead Pipe Replacement Programs,” Sept. 18 at 3:55 p.m. The panel will discuss clean water access, including developing and maintaining infrastructure, state and local requirements regarding lead pipes, and different ownership and delivery models for water.

Scarola is the managing shareholder of the firm’s Philadelphia office. He focuses his practice on public finance, infrastructure finance, project finance and asset-based lending. Scarola serves as purchaser’s counsel, bond counsel, lender’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel, and borrower’s counsel in tax-exempt and taxable finance and lending transactions throughout the country. He advises clients on publicly and privately offered financings in a wide array of sectors, including multifamily housing, airports, water and sewer utilities, highway, bridge, and other infrastructure projects, economic development projects, higher education, and real estate-based lending.
