Fox Rothschild is pleased to announce it has earned Mansfield Certification through participation in Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Rule 7.0 program. The firm previously attained 6.0 and 5.0 certifications.
Awarded by Diversity Lab, Mansfield is a year-long, structured certification program in which Fox has participated since 2021. It’s designed to ensure that all qualified talent at participating law firms has a fair and equal opportunity to be considered for advancement into partnership and leadership roles. The focus is on opening the door wider and ensuring that opportunities for advancement are transparent and inclusive for everyone. Mansfield helps to level the playing field by asking that at least 30% of the talent pools considered for leadership roles are members of underrepresented groups and that advancement processes are transparent.
“Achieving Mansfield Certification for the third year in a row is a reflection of our continued commitment to fair and equal opportunities for everyone within our firm,” said Kimberly Bullock Gatling, Fox’s Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer. “We remain committed to Mansfield and to taking measurable actions to ensure that our processes are – and remain – inclusive. We believe that by making our workplace one where everyone can succeed, we can better serve our clients and communities.”
Fox has already committed to participating in the latest version of the program, Mansfield 2024-25.
