Fox Rothschild’s Philadelphia office will move across Market Street on October 28 to a new state-of-the-art space at Two Commerce Square, closing the book on more than four decades at its current location.
“This high-quality building is in an ideal location, with first-class amenities and an efficient floor plan that will enable us to continue to provide our clients with creative solutions and excellent service,” commented Firmwide Managing Partner Todd A. Rodriguez.
The Philadelphia office is home to more than 100 attorneys practicing corporate, environmental, intellectual property, financial restructuring and bankruptcy, labor and employment, litigation, real estate, tax and wealth planning, and family law.
It also serves as a hub and primary location for more than 250 of the firm’s business professionals who provide high-quality support across all 30 Fox locations.
The new space is designed to drive innovation across work groups. Full of natural light, it includes inviting meeting areas to inspire creativity and centrally located amenities to facilitate chance meetings that lead to business breakthroughs.
“The increased energy and collaboration that occurs when people naturally come together will benefit not only those situated in Philadelphia, but across the firm,” said Paul J. Straub, Chief Operating Officer.
The move opens a new chapter in the firm’s longtime connection to Philadelphia.
“This wasn’t an easy decision for us as we have a long-established history in our current location,” said Philadelphia Office Managing Partner Lauren P. McKenna. “With the new hybrid work environment and the amenities our new space provides, this move made sense for our employees and our clients. We took great care to design a new office of which everyone can be proud.”
