Meet Attorney Paul T. Rushton!
Paul counsels business clients on corporate law, commercial transactions, business formations, employment agreements, governance agreements, shareholder disputes, and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He is our firm’s Managing Partner and a member of our Business and Finance Department.
In addition to his practice, Paul energetically looks for ways to give back to his community. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Misericordia University and of the Board of Directors of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business and Industry, the United Way of Wyoming Valley, and The Institute.
Paul is also active with the Pennsylvania Bar Association through his service on the Business Law Section Council, the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section, the Section’s Title 15/Business Associations Committee, and the Section’s Closely Held Business Committee. He was also commissioned to serve as a member of the Corporation Bureau Advisory Committee.
