The Delaware County Court of Common Pleas reported the following activity in the suit brought by
Suburban Psychiatric Services, LLC against
Lively, Natoyi Medric on Jan. 24: 'It Appears You Clearly Filed A Continuance Request With The Court On January 22, 2023, At Approximately 1 P.m. The Grounds For The Request, A Death In The Family Of Your Witness, Is More Than Adequate To Grant Such A Request. However, The Request Was Not Docketed Nor Presented To A Judge For Review, And Unfortunately Your Office Did Not Call To Follow-up On Such A Request As Required Of All Parties Seeking A Continuance. The Matter Then Moved Forward As Scheduled With Defendant, Natoyi Lively, In Attendance Via Zoom. As A Result, Whether By Accident Or Otherwise, A Non-suit Judgment Has Been Lodged. Therefore, On Behalf Of Your Client, The Court Requires That A Motion To Vacate The Non-Suit Judgment, A Pro Forma Measure, Be Filed Requesting A Hearing To Vacate The Judgment. Judge McCormick Suggests That, Within Your Motion, You Request That The Trial Be Scheduled For The Same Date And Time Should The Motion Be Granted.'.
Case number JP13-23-007827 was filed in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas on July 7, 2023.
