Lisa M. Lind, an accomplished public company lawyer who provided legal and strategic guidance to boards and leaders at two publicly traded companies, has joined McGuireWoods as a partner in Pittsburgh. She is the second partner to join the office in 2025.
As a McGuireWoods partner, Lind will continue to advise publicly traded companies on corporate governance issues, strategic transactions, capital markets activities, federal securities reporting requirements and other critical legal matters, drawing on more than a decade of experience.
She arrives at McGuireWoods after serving as senior counsel and assistant corporate secretary at Equitrans Midstream Corp., which merged with EQT Corp. in July 2024. In that role, she provided advice on multiple M&A and capital markets transactions and critical governance matters. She also advised on securities reporting and compliance matters; executive compensation and benefits, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives.
Lind served as legal counsel at EQT Corp. before the company spun out Equitrans Midstream as a separate entity in 2018. She began her legal career in private practice at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney in Pittsburgh.
