Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney is proud to announce that three attorneys have been selected for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow and Pathfinder programs.
Christopher Warren, counsel in the firm’s Litigation section, has been accepted into the 2025 Fellow program. Andrew Parsons, associate in the firm’s Corporate section, and Krista Rose, associate in the firm’s Litigation section, have been accepted into the 2025 Pathfinder program.
With the support of more than 400 corporate general counsels and law firm managing partners, LCLD’s programs are designed to help provide professional development and leadership training for the next generation of law firm leaders.
LCLD Fellows, practicing attorneys with eight to 15 years of experience, participate in training sessions and are given opportunities to interact with key legal and business leaders of large U.S. corporations and managing partners from the country’s most prestigious law firms.
Designed to supplement training initiatives already in place at LCLD Member corporations and law firms, the Pathfinder program offers practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, leadership skills and an understanding of career development strategies. The program is intended for high-potential, early-career attorneys.
