A shocking incident has led to a legal battle as a woman alleges she was viciously attacked by a dog while walking in her neighborhood. Meghan Kerry filed a complaint on February 25, 2025, in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, against Tristan Jablonski, Tristian Jablonski, Teresa Jablonski, and several unidentified individuals referred to as John Doe I-V.

According to the court documents, the events unfolded on June 30, 2022, near Country Lane and Highpoint Lane in Aston, PA. Kerry claims that while she was walking on the sidewalk, she was suddenly attacked by a dog owned by the defendants. The complaint details that the defendants were aware or should have been aware of their dog's dangerous tendencies but failed to take necessary precautions. "Defendants knew or should have known of the dog's dangerous propensities," states the complaint. It further accuses them of negligence for allowing their dog to roam unsupervised and unleashed.

Kerry's lawsuit outlines various accusations against the defendants including failing to warn others about the dog's aggressive nature and not taking reasonable steps to protect individuals from potential attacks. The complaint also highlights violations of local statutes regarding animal control and care. As a result of this alleged negligence, Kerry suffered severe physical injuries including deep lacerations and scarring from dog bites that required medical treatment such as invasive injections for rabies exposure.

The plaintiff is seeking judgment against all defendants for an amount exceeding $50,000. This includes punitive damages meant to penalize egregious conduct beyond mere compensation for losses incurred. The lawsuit underscores how these injuries have impacted Kerry's life significantly; causing her ongoing physical pain and emotional distress which may lead to permanent disability affecting her earning capacity and quality of life.

Representing Meghan Kerry is attorney Thomas F. Sacchetta from Sacchetta & Baldino law firm based in Media, PA. The case has been filed under Case ID with no specific judge assigned yet.
